All of the 87 suites and bedrooms at the Lodore Falls Hotel are thoughtfully designed and styled with our guests comfort and relaxation in mind. Fitted with modern high-class amenities, you can settle down in one of the comfortable chairs while reading a book or watching the large flat screen TV, and look forward to getting cosy in the crisp white bed linen on luxurious Sealy beds.
Guests staying in our suites enjoy 2 hours complimentary spa access, guests staying in our other rooms can book a 2-hour time slot (30pp Mon-Thu and £35pp Fri-Sun), subject to availability. Our 5 Premium Suites are the Lodore Falls’ most largest and most impressive rooms with floor sizes from 63 m2 688 sqft) to 85 m2 (915 sqft).
Each Suite offers unique views of either the Lodore Falls waterfall, fells, forest or Derwentwater Lake. They are located in the spa building and in the main hotel. Our suite guests enjoy complimentary 2 hours use of our thermal suite and hydrotherapy pool for each night of your stay.

Our 9 Deluxe Suites have a floor size from 55 m2 (600 sqft) to 83 m2 (902 sqft). We have 6 Suites in the spa building offering unique views of either the Lodore Falls waterfall, fells, forest or Derwentwater Lake and 3 Suites are in the main hotel overlooking the waterfall.

Our 3 suites in the main hotel are dog friendly, and can be booked over the phone by calling reservations 0330 0564 886.

Our Two Bedroom Suite is located in the main hotel with a balcony and stunning views across Derwentwater and the fells beyond. The suite is 56 mm2 (601 sqft) and enjoys a large lounge, master bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom. For larger groups we can also include a foldaway z-bed in the lounge.

This suite is dog friendly.
Our 6 Lodore Suites ooze character and charm and are slightly smaller with a floor size from 26 m2 (344 sqft) to 65 m2 (699 sqft). We have 3 suites in the main hotel and they are all dog friendly. The other 3 suites are located in the spa building.

We have 4 Junior Suites. One is located on the ground floor in the spa building with a riverside view, and the other three are located in the main hotel. One is a brand new suite, this room does not have a view. The other two are recently refurbished suites with lake views.

1pm-3pm, 3.30pm-5.30pm, 6pm-8pm on arrival day
8am-10am or 10.30am-12.30pm on day of departure
For stays of more than one night. You can book one of the Spa Access slots as follows (subject to availability) for each night of your stay.
8am-10am, 10.30am-12.30pm, 1pm-3pm (not available on day of arrival)
3.30pm-5.30pm, 6pm-8pm (not available on day of departure)
