The festive season truly came to fruition at Lodore Falls Hotel & Spa as we hosted another sell-out Frozen-themed Afternoon Tea on Sunday 26th November. Our hotel, famous for its Christmas décor, has been transformed into a stunning winter wonderland adorned in twinkling lights, frost…and you might even spot Olaf himself! The magic of Disney’s Frozen has truly come alive in our very own Arendelle.
What happened at the Frozen Afternoon Tea?
Excitement filled the air as we invited lots of little princesses into our ice palace where they were greeted by their beloved Frozen characters, Elsa and Anna! Everybody sat around in a campfire-like manner as the two special guests entertained their audience with captivating stories from their kingdom, drawing everyone into the enchanting world of Frozen. These stories were split up with interactive music breaks where the group could sing and dance to their favourite soundtrack…even parents couldn’t resist joining in!
When each session came to an end, time was set aside for all to get photos with their favourite royal duo before making their way to our glitter station where they could choose a Frozen-themed tattoo.
To finish off, every prince and princess was served their very own afternoon tea. This included yummy sandwiches, healthy veggies and hummus, fluffy scones with cream and jam plus a variety of beautiful and intricately decorated cakes. Accompanying adults were treated to a full festive afternoon tea which served to immerse them in the delicious flavours of the Christmas season.
The Frozen-themed afternoon tea event was a captivating journey into a world of fantasy and wonder, where cherished characters came to life, and guests were immersed in an enchanting atmosphere. As the wholesome event concluded, hearts were full and memories were etched into the minds of both young and old, ensuring that the magic of Frozen and Christmas would be treasured for years to come.
